The User Management section allows administrators to view, add, and manage users within the system.
Roles Available:
Owner: Company account owner with full administrative rights, including subscription management.
Administrator: User with full administrative rights, excluding subscription control.
Trainee: Regular user with access to the portal for training purposes.
Network Data Uploader: Special account that can upload network scan results but cannot log in to the portal (used with Sentrido Discovery Client).
Network Data Viewer: User with limited read-only access to the Sentrido Portal.
Managing Users:
View Users: Displays the current users with their email, name, role, and available actions.
Invite New User: Use the fields provided to enter the email address, first name, last name, and select a role before clicking the INVITE button.
Remove User: Click the REMOVE button next to a user to delete their account from the system.
Note: Ensure that user roles are assigned appropriately based on their responsibilities to maintain security and operational efficiency.
